on occasion, you may need to return an item. Hence, we have established the

Return Conditions:

You may initiate a return for an item(s) within 30 days of
receipt under the following conditions:

1. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the item within the stipulated 30-day period from the date of delivery.
2. Defective Item: If you receive an item that is defective or not working as expected, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
3. Lost in Transit: If your item is lost in transit and does not reach you, we understand the frustration this can cause. Please reach out to us to initiate a return.

Refund or Replacement:

Upon the successful return of the item under any of the above
circumstances, you are eligible to either receive a full refund or request a
free replacement.

NOTE: you must return the item in a timely
manner (10 days within receiving return postage) to receive a
