I read the reviews. Some good some not so good. I decided I would try it. It works amazing. I get about 62 channels. Perfect reception. The motor works great. The remote works great after I realize that I needed to buy batteries lol. If you were using it in a travel trailer or a camp trailer to make sure that you have power so that you can use the electric motor and the amplifier that it comes with. It is very easy to assemble. I would not drive down the road with it on top of the trailer, but it comes right off and I can put it inside. It does not come with a pole so you have to supply your own an extension pole to make it go up to 12 feet. That’s what I used.

I was tired of the indoor antenna as you get a lot of interference. I finally got up on the roof today after I bought it over a month ago since I was not really craving the roof climb. The install was pretty easy once I got up there with the provided bolts and my tools.I first tried to connect the coax that came with the antenna to an existing splitter from the cable company. This would save me some work with getting the signal inside to the antenna receiver. But I only got 17 channels and most were totally pixelated. I decided to rip out 1 of the existing cable lines and use the same hole to snake the coax that came with the antenna connecting it directly to the receiver. I got 68 perfectly clear channels right away without trying to rotate the antenna.I did notice the remote doesn’t work to rotate the antenna but using the button on the receiver is fine.I am watching some NFL games and can’t believe how crisp the picture is all day long.
I put it on a camper and it works great, i use a app on my phone to then know exactly the way to turn it and everything comes in great and always a lot of channels.
Pulled in most stations with little adjustment needed. Our local transmission towers are located at four different points on the compass. Hopefully the rotational motor will last for a couple of years before needing replacement. Most antennas of this genre only last for a few months before rotational motor goes. Price point makes replacing agreeable to me. Still cheaper than cable cost.
I live about 40 miles outside of Pittsburgh. Able to receive 50+ channels (NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX…) with this antenna mounted on a porch roof. Easy to assemble and install. Can use rotate feature to fine tune reception.
I get 107 channels with it and I used to get 5.
I'm getting 82 free local broadcast channels now all very clear digital quality. Without having to reaim the antenna. Nearest station is 30 miles away. I planned on using the mount bracket on the side of the house that an old dish was on but it was too big diameter of pipe. Good thing I ordered the kit that had the mount bracket in it. I was also thinking I could split in the signal with my existing internet coax and the signals would share one coax. But I got no sig... More
I live in a rural valley where signals of all sorts are sketchy at best. I plugged this in and boom 30 channels most of which are very very crisp and clear. To be honest it's not even mounted yet it's literally sitting on top of a floor lamp in my living room just to test it out since it's raining hard today. So happy with this purchase would totally recommend this over the flat type or little desktop antennas.
I live on the Brazos river miles away from a major city, antenna easy to install and the fine tuning remote lets you zero in for an awesome HD signal…. A great product, would recommend to anyone!
Works well in my rural area. At the price, it's a bargain.
Easy to set up, tested antenna on ground first. Picked up six channels will raise to 25’ hopefully will get more channels. Does get clear picture. One downfall is you don’t know which way it’s pointing. Would buy again.
